This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• As the primary liaison for product and technical inquiries at onpreo, you ensure our customers and users absolutely LOVE our product and company.
• You devise sustainable strategies to effectively train customers in utilizing our product.
• You consistently enhance customer value by initiating up-sell and cross-sell opportunities for our SaaS solutions.
• Collaborating with the product team, you refine and automate our Customer Success processes (e.g., utilizing Intercom, JIRA, Userpilot).
• You oversee a seamless onboarding experience and deliver extensive coaching for new customers.
• You communicate and liaise your customers' requests with our product team, making a significant contribution to the ongoing development of our software.
• Alongside the team, you advance the infrastructure for our Customer Success department (enhancing ticketing systems, knowledge bases, FAQs, etc.).
• You assess existing customers for upselling potential and introduce them to new products and features.
• You serve as a partner and technical consultant to our customers regarding the utilization of our software.
• You engage with customers via phone or ticketing system to swiftly resolve questions and technical challenges.
• You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and are fully committed to your role, driven by a desire to make an impact and achieve rapid results.
• You are tech-savvy and ideally have some experience with software solutions like Userpilot or Intercom.
• You identify opportunities for process efficiencies and are comfortable bringing those suggestions forward.
• Customer interaction is familiar territory for you, and you take pleasure in communicating with clients.
• You are open-minded, empathetic, communicative, and thrive on customer engagement.
• You work methodically and demonstrate high reliability.
• You have a solution-oriented attitude and proactively take initiative.
• You are fluent in German.
