This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Manage a portfolio of Scribe’s largest Enterprise and Strategic clients across various industries and regions.
• Promote adoption and growth by discovering new use cases, teams, and business units that can leverage Scribe.
• Facilitate onboarding and enablement for new clients by developing customized rollout and training initiatives.
• Act as a strategic consultant and trusted partner to executive sponsors.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to communicate business outcomes, adoption metrics, and return on investment (ROI).
• Collaborate across functions with members of the Product, Support, and Marketing teams.
• Manage complex renewals and upsells with meticulous attention to detail.
• Work alongside Expansion Account Executives to identify and implement account growth strategies.
• Lead customer-driven initiatives that enhance Scribe’s impact throughout the Enterprise ecosystem.
• Over 6 years of Customer Success experience (Enterprise) in a relevant SaaS environment.
• Experienced in managing the complete Enterprise customer lifecycle from implementation and onboarding to renewal.
• Proficient in navigating technical SaaS workflows and leading discussions with VP and C-suite executives.
• Skilled in multi-threading within accounts to raise awareness, scope, and Customer Success Qualified Leads.
• Data-driven, utilizing insights to pinpoint opportunities, craft compelling value narratives, and influence decisions at the executive level.
• Possess a consultative and strategic approach, balancing customer empathy with accountability for outcomes.
• Thrive in ambiguous situations and enjoy developing scalable processes in a dynamic, high-performance setting.
