This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop scalable processes for customer onboarding and post-sales success.
• Monitor and oversee all implementation projects with large enterprise clients to ensure the successful delivery of technology and services.
• Cultivate healthy customer relationships through proactive support and regular follow-ups.
• Quantify product feedback and communicate insights to executives to enhance software and hardware engineering, aligning it better with customer requirements.
• Foster customer loyalty through proactive support and effective account management.
• Serve as an advocate for enterprise clients by thoroughly understanding their use cases and needs.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and customer check-ins to guarantee that existing clients are realizing value from Skydio technology.
• Ensure renewals and expansions through proactive support.
• Manage approximately 20 accounts to drive adoption and secure renewals of the business portfolio.
• Strong knowledge or prior experience in supporting customers within the SLED sectors (Public Safety, Law Enforcement).
• Demonstrated success in implementing new technology, promoting adoption of hardware and software, and collaborating with technical teams to meet customer timelines.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong emphasis on project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience with commercial Unmanned Aircraft Systems and associated software development/deployment.
• Capability to obtain a Part 107 certificate.
