This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated accounts, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Enhance customer engagement, adoption, and retention through proactive communication and strategic interactions.
• Gain a thorough understanding of each customer's business goals and align our solutions accordingly.
• Track customer health metrics and usage statistics to foresee risks and identify opportunities.
• Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate value, gather feedback, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Collaborate across departments with Product, Sales, and Support teams to represent customer interests.
• Oversee and direct renewals, upselling, and account expansion strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
• Keep precise records, renewal projections, and pipeline management within the CRM (e.g., HubSpot).
• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Account Executive roles in a SaaS or technology-focused environment.
• Proven history of managing customer relationships, renewals, and account expansion.
• Strong skills in consultative selling, communication, presentation, and negotiation.
• Capability to analyze customer data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in overseeing multiple accounts.
• Experience with CRM and customer success tools (e.g., Gainsight, HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Remote work environment
• Occasional travel may be necessary for business engagements and industry events
