This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Act as the main operational contact for enterprise clients.
• Cultivate relationships within client organizations, engaging with practitioners, managers, and decision-makers involved in renewals.
• Establish clear expectations regarding scope, timelines, and trade-offs, while presenting suitable commercial options to the account team.
• Collaborate with the account team on discussions related to renewals and growth.
• Empower client stakeholders to effectively use Wunderkind's user interface for analytics and campaign management.
• Conduct regular check-ins, ideation sessions, process evaluations, and Executive Business Reviews.
• Oversee complete project management of client campaigns from inception to launch.
• Suggest campaign concepts that align with the client's business objectives.
• Work alongside Professional Services, Product, and Analytics teams to deploy campaigns, resolve issues, and implement enhancements.
• Conduct quality assurance on campaign builds, integration errors, and overall program quality.
• Track platform performance and client KPIs, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
• Keep client documentation updated, including performance reports, action plans, and feedback summaries.
• Test new features, offer product feedback, advocate for clients internally, and contribute to process improvements and playbooks.
• A minimum of 3 years in a client-facing position within the Technology, Marketing, Consulting, or Consumer Brand sectors.
• Direct experience with a major Email Service Provider (ESP) is highly advantageous — particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, or Braze.
• Experience in an agency setting is beneficial.
• Proven ability to establish project milestones, manage deliverables across teams, and assess outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms and consumer brand strategies.
• Strong presentation and data storytelling capabilities, with the knack for creating clear and engaging visuals.
• An analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to interpret data and enhance performance.
• Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Strong business acumen and the skill to navigate complex organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Variable compensation amounting to $11,500.
• Flexible remote work arrangement.
• Up to 20% travel required for client meetings and essential events as necessary.
