This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada, +8 more states.
• Create systems to monitor new implementations and assess customer health
• Establish metrics, tools, and reporting standards to evaluate customer well-being
• Lead and manage intricate onboarding initiatives
• Enhance adoption rates by designing and delivering customer training programs
• Oversee account-level risks and facilitate internal issue resolution
• Spot expansion opportunities during interactions with customers
• Create and present progress reports regarding customer health and project updates
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather product feedback and resolve issues
• Experience with risk-limiting audit principles and election management
• Knowledge of ballot tabulation, voting equipment, and ballot storage is preferred
• Capability to handle multiple projects and perform under pressure during critical audit phases
• A solid understanding of statistics is beneficial (not mandatory)
