This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete customer relationship for a designated portfolio, encompassing onboarding, adoption, and renewals.
• Collaborate effectively with various departments including Customer Success, Sales, Operations, Product, Engineering, and Trovata leadership to pinpoint and capitalize on value and revenue opportunities for our clients.
• Engage proactively with customers on a daily basis while tracking your own performance metrics, utilizing all available data sets (Vitally) to enhance customer interactions.
• Conduct structured customer meetings (cadence calls, QBRs) with well-defined agendas, expected outcomes, and follow-up actions.
• Deliver consistently on commitments and deadlines for both customer-related and internal initiatives.
• Develop and sustain a comprehensive understanding of Trovata’s platform and discuss the most pertinent features and functionalities tailored to each customer's specific business requirements.
• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor for clients regarding best practices for advancing their cash management, reporting, and forecasting needs with Trovata.
• Build, maintain, and enhance relationships within each customer organization in collaboration with relevant Trovata team members and stakeholders.
• Utilize relationships, data/metrics, and team resources to proactively identify, evaluate, and address risks, working together with the team to manage and resolve them.
• Foster mutual accountability between Trovata and its clients as we enhance our product offerings, service models, and continuously improve our delivery and execution.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-oriented role in the SaaS industry.
• Proven capability to manage a diverse set of customers while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and follow-through during onboarding and training processes.
• Established history of driving customer success and managing renewal or expansion discussions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive business relationships with senior management and C-suite executives.
• Technical acumen related to product usage is necessary, as you will become an expert in the product.
• Essential qualities include accountability, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Educational or professional background in treasury, accounting, or finance is preferred.
• Experience with cash management, TMS, and/or accounting systems is advantageous.
• Familiarity with sales and customer success tools such as Salesforce, Jira, and Vitally is expected.
