This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Act as the primary liaison for client accounts
• Facilitate weekly or bi-weekly strategy discussions with clients
• Maintain proactive communication through calls, messaging, and updates
• Ensure clients have a comprehensive understanding of campaign performance and outcomes
• Evaluate marketing performance across:
• - Facebook Ads
• - Google Ads
• - SEO
• Convert marketing data into straightforward, actionable insights for clients
• Offer strategic advice to enhance campaign performance
• Take ownership of client satisfaction, retention, and relationship development
• Address issues proactively and work to prevent churn
• Recognize upsell opportunities as appropriate
• Provide tailored performance reports to clients
• Clearly articulate campaign metrics and return on investment (ROI)
• Collaborate with the fulfillment team to ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Gather client testimonials, referrals, and Google reviews
• Foster strong, long-term partnerships with clients
• 2–4 years of experience in:
• - Customer Success
• - Account Management
• - Client Strategy
• - Roles within Digital Marketing Agencies
• Solid understanding of:
• - Facebook Ads
• - Google Ads
• - SEO
• Proven experience managing client relationships in an agency setting
• Capability to analyze marketing outcomes and convey strategic direction
• Required Skills

• - Competence in leading client calls and maintaining structure
