This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated clients, overseeing daily communication and cultivating relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee the timely completion of projects and deliverables.
• Keep precise and comprehensive records of client communications and account activities in ClickUp.
• Recognize opportunities for account expansion and additional services.
• Create and deliver detailed weekly status updates for all assigned clients to the CEO.
• Proactively resolve client issues and uphold high levels of satisfaction.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager (CSM).
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) are crucial.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects at the same time.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp is preferred.
• Quick learner with the capacity to adapt to new circumstances.
• Self-driven with a proactive mindset towards problem-solving.
• Availability to work full-time in the EST time zone.
