This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Collaborate across various departments including Account Executives, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Oversee software implementations to ensure customers derive value from the solutions.
• Serve as the main liaison for strategic accounts, coordinating with stakeholders and internal teams.
• Develop and nurture enterprise relationships to promote adoption through organized engagement.
• Organize and facilitate Executive Business Reviews and in-person workshops with clients.
• Over 10 years of experience in the engineering sector, encompassing enterprise customer success, technical consulting, stakeholder management, and strategic account development.
• Strong knowledge of CAx tools and their use in sectors like automotive, aerospace, or consumer goods.
• Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Highly analytical, capable of interpreting customer data and proactively addressing churn risks.
• A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with a proven history of driving significant account growth.
