This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +6 more states.
• Oversee, assist, and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients (B2B)
• Engage with stakeholders at both executive and operational levels to gain insights and develop expertise regarding factors that enhance user value and engagement
• Drive business growth by identifying patterns and synergies across various end-user use cases
• Actively share customer insights and learnings with the wider Stravito team
• Report directly to the Lead Customer Success Manager for the US
• Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, and Design teams to achieve objectives!
• 3-5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager
• Prior experience managing complex enterprise accounts
• Possess a “customer mindset” - the ability to listen effectively and differentiate between what is being communicated and the underlying motivations
• Business-focused - always considering ways to grow and scale your customer base
• Capability to excel in start-up and remote-first settings
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
• Remote-first and globally distributed team with company events held a few times each year as a delightful bonus 🎂
