This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
β’ Engage with clients after implementation to respond to inquiries regarding product performance and ensure that ROI is achieved.
β’ Optimize client interactions to evaluate additional requirements and discover sales opportunities.
β’ Draft client correspondence and maintain regular communication, both proactively and as needed.
β’ Address service delivery or quality concerns by collaborating with internal teams and escalating issues when necessary.
β’ Work alongside product teams to improve client experiences and act as a subject matter expert on solution trends and performance.
β’ Identify and implement enhancements to production through ongoing improvement and analysis.
β’ Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of three or more LexisNexis Risk Solutions products.
β’ A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
β’ 3β5 years of industry experience, with a preference for at least 3 years in client-facing roles.
β’ Advanced consultative skills, including active listening and collaborative abilities.
β’ Strong orientation towards client service, utilizing data quality concepts and tools to address issues.
β’ An innovative mindset with a readiness to explore new methods for problem-solving.
β’ Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
β’ Advanced oral and written communication skills; proficient in presenting technical concepts to varied audiences.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex business challenges.
β’ Ability to cultivate relationships and collaborate effectively with both internal and external clients.
β’ Results-driven with robust time management and multitasking skills.
β’ Self-motivated, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple requests simultaneously.
