πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Engage with clients after implementation to respond to inquiries regarding product performance and ensure that ROI is achieved.

β€’ Optimize client interactions to evaluate additional requirements and discover sales opportunities.

β€’ Draft client correspondence and maintain regular communication, both proactively and as needed.

β€’ Address service delivery or quality concerns by collaborating with internal teams and escalating issues when necessary.

β€’ Work alongside product teams to improve client experiences and act as a subject matter expert on solution trends and performance.

β€’ Identify and implement enhancements to production through ongoing improvement and analysis.

β€’ Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of three or more LexisNexis Risk Solutions products.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

β€’ 3–5 years of industry experience, with a preference for at least 3 years in client-facing roles.

β€’ Advanced consultative skills, including active listening and collaborative abilities.

β€’ Strong orientation towards client service, utilizing data quality concepts and tools to address issues.

β€’ An innovative mindset with a readiness to explore new methods for problem-solving.

β€’ Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.

β€’ Advanced oral and written communication skills; proficient in presenting technical concepts to varied audiences.

β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex business challenges.

β€’ Ability to cultivate relationships and collaborate effectively with both internal and external clients.

β€’ Results-driven with robust time management and multitasking skills.

β€’ Self-motivated, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple requests simultaneously.

β€’ A team player who can solicit input, manage conflicts, and remain effective under pressure.

β€’ A positive attitude, sense of purpose, motivation, coachability, competitiveness, curiosity, accountability, and integrity.
