This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Take full responsibility for your portfolio of clients.
• Oversee and expand approximately 70 SMB accounts ($5k–$15k ARR): ensure seamless onboarding, promote strong adoption, and proactively identify upsell opportunities.
• Serve as the main customer advocate within Qovery.
• Keep a robust portfolio.
• Speed up onboarding processes and enhance time-to-value.
• Spot upsell possibilities and contribute to the expansion pipeline.
• Act as a liaison among customers and the Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
• Manage administrative tasks efficiently.
• Around 2 years of experience in tech sales, SDR, AE, or CSM roles.
• Familiarity with technical or complex products, preferably SaaS.
• Comfortable selling to and assisting technical audiences (developers, DevOps, CTOs).
• Basic knowledge of cloud service providers and developer tools.
• Capable of managing 70 accounts and adapting to changing priorities without oversight.
• Organized, proactive, and naturally inclined to take ownership.
• Proficient in English and French; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
