This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• Create and implement customized Customer Success Plans aimed at enhancing user adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a key strategic partner.
• Work closely with customers to identify goals, establish key performance indicators, and monitor progress.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of the Noggin enterprise software platform to help clients maximize their value.
• Utilize CRM tools (such as Salesforce and HubSpot) and Customer Success platforms (including Gainsight and ChurnZero) to track and manage customer engagement.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer advocacy, sales, engineering, or project management.
• Expertise in CRM software and Customer Success platforms.
• Experience with B2B SaaS platforms that are well-regarded.
• Capability to secure necessary background clearance as required by clients.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with a strong customer-oriented approach.
