📋 Description

• Take charge of and expand performance and influencer marketing accounts with a focus on ROAS and commercial success.

• Build robust client relationships and align account strategies with overarching business objectives.

• Enhance campaign performance, ROAS, and overall account efficiency.

• Formulate growth plans, boost client retention, and uncover upselling opportunities.

• Collaborate with Product teams to transform client needs into actionable insights.

• Work closely with BI, Operations, Finance, Influencer, and Product departments.

• Recognize process deficiencies and actively pursue workflow enhancements.

• Analyze dashboards, campaign data, and key performance indicators.

• Spot performance issues and convert insights into practical recommendations.

• Assume responsibility for account performance and client satisfaction.

• Prioritize tasks, resolve challenges, and achieve results with minimal oversight.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in Account Management or Customer Success.

• Proven experience managing performance-driven accounts in e-commerce, SaaS, marketplaces, or similar sectors.

• Background in performance marketing, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or in both agency and product settings.

• Familiarity with SaaS or technology platforms and experience in cross-functional teamwork.

• Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in data interpretation.

• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
