Customer Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture robust, long-lasting relationships with clients, serving as the primary liaison for their needs, inquiries, and escalations.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery, adherence to scope, and alignment with client expectations.

• Supervise the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition along with clear communication of goals, procedures, and expectations.

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, track engagement, and proactively discover opportunities to enhance relationships and increase satisfaction.

• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand accounts and boost revenue within the existing client portfolio.

• Provide regular updates regarding project progress, milestones, challenges, and results, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the client experience.

• Keep accurate client records, prepare account performance reports, and offer insights that facilitate informed decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Account Management or a similar client-facing role.

• Prior leadership experience or the capability to effectively guide, support, and develop a team.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a strong emphasis on achieving results.

• Exceptional communication abilities and a results-driven mindset.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to efficiently manage a high-volume portfolio of client accounts.
