This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the main contact point, facilitating communication between client stakeholders and Foresite’s delivery teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Actively monitor account health metrics and perform regular business reviews to verify that MSSP services fulfill defined KPIs.
• Connect client business goals with long-term protection and compliance objectives, ensuring our service remains a valuable asset.
• Manage the complete renewal process for Mid-Market accounts, spotting "at-risk" indicators early and formulating strategic mitigation plans.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of evolving security needs to pinpoint opportunities for upselling additional Foresite services or Google SecOps features.
• Offer constructive feedback to Foresite leadership to enhance managed service offerings and improve the overall Mid-Market customer experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in customer success or account management, particularly with a portfolio of Mid-Market clients in the cybersecurity or SaaS sector.
• A solid grasp of managed security services (MSSP), including the value proposition of SIEM and SOAR concepts.
• Proficient in building relationships and sustaining long-term engagement with mid-level management and executive stakeholders (CISOs/IT Directors).
• An inherent talent for interpreting account health data to drive proactive outreach and innovative problem-solving.
• Familiarity or direct experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Google SecOps is advantageous.
• Background in an MSSP environment or a deep understanding of the cybersecurity threat landscape is a plus.
• Outstanding ability to convey technical security outcomes as business value for non-technical stakeholders.
