This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Establish robust and trustworthy relationships with Forcepoint clients.
• Comprehend customer objectives for leveraging Forcepoint cybersecurity solutions and assist them in realizing the value of their investment.
• Promote the adoption of Forcepoint solutions to enable customers to meet their objectives.
• Guide customers through challenges and coordinate appropriate strategies and Forcepoint resources.
• Offer recommendations and best practices for effective solution utilization.
• Conduct regularly scheduled business reviews to assess progress toward customer goals.
• Communicate the customer perspective to Sales, Product Management, Professional Services, and Technical Support teams.
• Track customer product usage and health scores while ensuring alignment with both internal and external teams.
• Assist in achieving high customer renewal and satisfaction rates.
• Identify opportunities for expansion.
• Prioritize product enhancements or updates.
• Recognize potential reference customers and develop case studies.
• 4-6+ years of experience in a customer-facing position such as Customer Success, Account Management, Relationship Management, or a related discipline.
• Background in technical fields related to networking, cybersecurity, ITSM, AI, and similar areas.
• Capability to engage meaningfully with subject matter experts in network security solutions such as Firewall, IPsec VPN, IDS/IPS, SSL VPN, and networking principles including Layer 2 and 3, TCP/IP, 3-way handshake, DNS, HTTP protocol, Active Directory, MSSQL fundamentals, enterprise applications, Linux and Windows server operating systems, and information security concepts (exceptional candidates may not meet all criteria).
• Proficient in communicating effectively at all organizational levels, including senior management.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver world-class service and support through effective task management and ownership of issues.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong motivation to follow and enhance processes.
• Ability to creatively solve problems.
• Patient and active listening skills with precise information capture.
• Proactive approach and ability to establish a regular rhythm with customers.
• Eagerness to learn about Forcepoint product advancements, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
• Must possess the right to work in Poland.
