This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Facilitate customer adoption, realization of value, and sustained success across a range of Aerospace, Defense, and US Government accounts.
• Combine customer advocacy, product knowledge, and strategic relationship building to enhance outcomes.
• Create and implement proficiency plans for both novice and experienced users.
• Lead dedicated support efforts for pilot expansions and deployments.
• Formulate engagement strategies for executive sponsors and key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for growth and devise strategies for account expansion.
• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, or a technology-related field.
• Over 4 years of experience in technical positions related to test engineering, software development, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Familiarity with test and measurement products and systems.
• Willingness to travel 30% of the time.
• Experience collaborating with enterprise customers in technical settings.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple accounts and programs concurrently.
• US Citizenship is a prerequisite for this position.
