This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +20 more states.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of CommandLink’s products, technologies, software, and innovative support methodologies.
• Utilize advanced proprietary software tools to maintain consistent communication with a designated group of customers, proactively addressing their technology initiatives and positioning CommandLink for growth within our primarily mid-market and enterprise customer segments.
• Establish trust with your assigned customers, serving as a reliable point of contact for inquiries and action items, and respond swiftly and effectively to ensure a positive experience with CommandLink throughout their lifecycle.
• Execute strategic initiatives developed in collaboration with CommandLink leadership to identify cross-selling opportunities and engage various resources throughout the sales cycle to secure additional business.
• Oversee the proprietary CommandLink software tools, including CRM, quote tool, sales play automation tool, and KPI dashboards, to guarantee achievement of metrics.
• Contribute positively to the company culture, which CommandLink is dedicated to preserving as we swiftly grow into a U.S. leader in enterprise network, communications, and software solutions.
• Assume additional responsibilities and projects as necessary to support the success of the team and the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of success in managing enterprise customer accounts throughout the deployment, installation, upselling, and retention/renewal lifecycle.
• 3-5+ years of experience in selling Cloud Communications (UCaaS, CCaaS, SIP, Teams), SD-WAN, Security, Network and Internet Services, Managed Services, and Software.
• Proficient and comfortable interacting with a customer’s leadership team, including delivering presentations, demonstrations, leading customer QBRs/MBRs, and facilitating webinar sessions for customer training and sales discussions.
• Strong skills in Excel, MS Office, and general computer software.
• Positive, personable, calm, and persuasive demeanor with effective negotiation abilities.
• Self-driven with no reluctance to make outgoing calls.
• Capability to meet deadlines while maintaining composure under pressure.
• Charismatic personality that can quickly foster trust with CommandLink’s customers and partners.
• Demonstrated ability to swiftly acquire new skills, software tools, and tasks.
• Proven performance in exceeding sales and customer retention objectives.
