This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the post-onboarding customer relationship to guarantee ongoing value realization.
• Oversee account health and manage contract renewals effectively.
• Ensure customers derive maximum value through regular structured check-ins.

• Minimum of 3 years managing a Mid-Market portfolio with proven success in retention, renewals, and relationship management.
• Previous experience in the salon, spa, or wellness industry is advantageous.
• Quick learner with the ability to grasp Boulevard’s platform efficiently.
• Possess a strong ownership mentality.
• Excellent, empathetic communication skills.
• Comfortable prioritizing tasks in fast-paced settings.
• Proactively seek out opportunities for expansion.
