Customer Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Oversee relationships with leading mobile game developers in Japan and China

• Serve as an operational and technical link between Appcharge and publishers

• Facilitate the onboarding and integration processes for publishers

• Assist in the launch and growth of game publishers utilizing Appcharge’s solutions

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the mobile gaming sector

• Proficiency in Japanese and Mandarin, along with fluency in English

• Excellent interpersonal abilities and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving
