This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Ensure that customers recognize the value throughout their experience with Blackboard.
• Formulate and execute account engagement strategies to achieve business goals.
• Implement prescriptive playbooks tailored to customer requirements.
• Conduct partnership evaluations with clients.
• Foster customer engagement and encourage participation in events.
• Link customers with best practice resources and provide assistance with challenges.
• Serve as a vital information channel between Blackboard, the industry, and customers.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Higher Education, Customer Experience, Customer Success, and/or Educational Technology.
• Strong focus on customer service with the ability to communicate empathetically.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Demonstrated success in account management.
• Proficiency in CRM and/or customer success software.
• At least 1 year of experience working with the Blackboard LMS or with Blackboard clients.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
