This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the onboarding of new corporate accounts transferred from the Sales team.

• Ensure a seamless transfer of account context so that clients do not have to reiterate their needs.

• Promote the adoption of AdAstraConnect within client accounts.

• Manage the entire renewal process, including negotiations and agent-assisted forecasting.

• Identify opportunities for account expansion and collaborate with Sales when necessary.

• Conduct quarterly business review meetings utilizing agent-prepared presentations.

• Personally handle escalations until resolution, maintaining transparent communication with clients.

• Gather and relay customer feedback to guide the AdAstraConnect product development roadmap.

• Establish and nurture relationships with existing accounts while managing onboarding for new clients.

• Achieve the designated retention and expansion goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services within B2B services or SaaS.

• Proven track record of managing renewals.

• Experience working with corporate or commercial accounts.

• Knowledge of sectors such as insurance and claims, legal, financial services, consumer brands, or localization buyers is highly advantageous.

• Proficient use of a CRM; familiarity with HubSpot is preferred.

• Ability to create workflows utilizing AI-assisted tools.

• Demonstrated capability of managing remote work independently.

• Strong interest in the language services industry.

• Capacity to work independently and take responsibility for client-related issues.
