This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the success of assigned customers.
• Comprehend the company's vision and objectives for customer success and how they contribute to these goals.
• Uphold the company's customer success strategy.
• Collaborate with the team and various departments across the organization to reduce silos of systems, data, assumptions, transitions, performance, and customer interactions.
• Monitor customer data, including information from all systems to track lifetime interactions with customers.
• Organize multi-department customer analytics initiatives.
• Deliver effective communications that inform the team about the realities of customer experiences, expectations, areas for improvement, innovative techniques, and engagement opportunities.
• Continuously enhance processes, programs, and individual customer service skills to elevate the customer's perception of the company while aligning with their needs.
• Work alongside other teams on products, support, service delivery, and account management to enrich customer experience.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years' experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Enthusiasm for collaborating with multi-disciplinary departments to achieve shared business and customer objectives.
• A customer-focused and team-oriented mindset.
• Capability to manage multiple projects, activities, and tasks concurrently.
• Proficient in developing and managing client portfolios.
