This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Conduct discovery and consultative discussions with potential customers.
• Manage the entire customer experience from initial conversation to onboarding, adoption, and renewal.
• Serve as the primary contact for your designated portfolio.
• Develop and sustain automated workflows utilizing Vitally, HubSpot, and Intercom.
• Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data from BigQuery.
• Create digital Customer Success programs that facilitate customer advancement.
• 1–2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within the B2B SaaS space.
• 2–3+ years of practical experience in designing automations and workflows, preferably across various platforms.
• SQL proficiency or a willingness to acquire skills in this area is advantageous.
• Experience working in a small or early-stage organization where you were responsible for establishing processes rather than merely adhering to them.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Vitally, HubSpot, or Intercom is a plus.
