Customer Success Manager – Account Manager, Field Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You establish long-term, trust-based relationships with customers through consistent on-site visits in your region and maintain those relationships sustainably.

• You facilitate a seamless implementation of our products directly at the customer's location and provide training to the on-site team.

• You identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during discussions and actively convert them into quantifiable results.

• You track metrics for your region and work to expand customer relationships in a sustainable manner.

• You gather valuable feedback from the field and collaborate with our internal teams.

• You hold regular strategy meetings with key accounts to showcase the value of our solution and enhance the partnership.

• While traveling, you document your interactions in our CRM system.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or technical sales—preferably in field sales.

• Regional presence: Ideally, you reside in Eastern Germany (e.g., Berlin, Leipzig, Dresden, or Magdeburg).

• Willingness to travel: You are accustomed to being on the road and possess a valid driver's license (Class B).

• Sales mindset: You enjoy direct customer interaction and have a sharp eye for commercial opportunities.

• Strong communication skills: Proficient in both German and English at various levels.

• Self-responsibility: You independently organize your routes and priorities, valuing the autonomy to manage your territory.

• Resilience: You thrive in a dynamic startup environment and maintain composure even with a hectic schedule.
