This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
β’ Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate robust and enduring relationships with clients to help them achieve their objectives and maximize the value of our products and services.
β’ Onboarding & Training: Assist customers throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth experience and promoting product adoption.
β’ Retention & Upselling: Discover opportunities for upselling and cross-selling solutions while minimizing churn through strategic engagement.
β’ Proactive Support: Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing client concerns, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
β’ Data-Driven Insights: Evaluate usage metrics and customer feedback to refine engagement strategies and boost success rates.
β’ Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to enhance the customer experience and provide valuable insights.
β’ Customer Advocacy: Advocate for customer needs within the organization and promote solutions that foster long-term satisfaction.
β’ Experience: A minimum of 1 year in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Support roles.
β’ Industry Experience: Background in SaaS, Tech, E-commerce, Marketing, Cybersecurity, FinTech, or other B2B-focused sectors.
β’ Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), customer engagement tools, and ticketing systems.
β’ Fluent in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
β’ Remote-Ready: Must possess a reliable laptop and stable internet connection.
β’ π° Competitive Salary: Salary varies based on experience and qualifications, with performance-based bonuses or commissions. Starting base salary ranges from 25,000 ZAR to 60,000 ZAR.
