Customer Success Manager – 100% Remote (Quebec)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee a client portfolio, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and growth.

• Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

• Comprehend clients' business objectives and assist them in reaching those goals.

• Recognize risks, opportunities, and priority actions for each account.

• Organize regular follow-up meetings with clients.

• Evaluate usage data and customer health metrics.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to address issues and enhance the customer experience.

• Spot upsell opportunities and methods to generate additional value.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Success, account management, or B2B client management.

• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.

• Capability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Recognizes that a Customer Success role is strategic and results-focused, rather than technical support.

• Comfortable in uncertain situations and able to delve into client issues.

• Ability to make prioritization decisions based on risk, account value, and business impact.

• Inquisitive, independent, and solution-focused.

• Fully bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken (due to the nature of our activities and clients).

• Additional knowledge: Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar).

• Experience with HubSpot is a plus.

• Experience with Zendesk is an asset.
