This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Lead and oversee the implementation of new customer projects that involve multiple integrated workstreams.
• Create and manage detailed project plans and timelines.
• Serve as the Allego Product expert while consulting with clients.
• Act as a reliable advisor, confidently guiding customers on best practices.
• Assist customers with strategies and tactics for change management.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure continuous strategic alignment.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams.
• Promote customer satisfaction from the onset.
• Facilitate a seamless transition to the post-implementation Customer Success team.
• Regularly update and maintain data within internal systems.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of Allego's implementation methodology.
• 2-3 years of focused Project Management experience in managing SaaS client implementation projects.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute project plans, manage timelines, and mitigate risks.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience in initiating and nurturing positive relationships.
• Ability to quickly grasp software functionality and provide consultation on product feature configurations.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive team player with a commitment to quality.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in Google Suite, with experience in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office being a plus.
