This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of customers' Red Hat portfolio, their technical and business priorities, and success metrics.
• Develop and implement customer success plans featuring specific milestones and actions aimed at fulfilling customers’ business goals by collaborating with technical execution teams.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing consumption, monitor monthly usage against established targets, and plan pivotal deployment timelines and milestones.
• Work collaboratively with others to leverage technical expertise and customer insights to formulate a migration and modernization roadmap for relevant workloads and applications.
• Facilitate Design and Discovery Sessions to formulate plans for solution implementation, aligning design with the customer's business objectives.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer. Provide insights and best practices, and liaise with Engineering and Product teams to eliminate obstacles.
• Focus on addressing issues to eliminate impediments, demonstrating the value of Red Hat technologies.
• Evaluate the customer’s understanding of Red Hat’s products and overall readiness, supporting them through a structured learning plan and ensuring delivery via partners.
• Over 8 years of experience in enterprise software from perspectives such as customer success management, technical consulting, technical project management, technical sales, support, or Quality Assurance (QA).
• Proven experience in technical project planning and execution management.
• Proficiency in coordinating across various functions, including executive leadership, management, sales, customer success, technical support, professional services, marketing, and engineering to achieve account performance goals and meet customer expectations.
• Capability to independently deliver consultative customer-facing engagements.
• Solid understanding of DevOps and agile methodologies, alongside application development and deployment tools.
• Practical experience with one or more Public Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM Cloud) and their integration with enterprise clients is advantageous; recent Public Cloud certification is a notable asset.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com (SFDC) and knowledge of other prominent customer relationship management, customer success, case management, and analytics solutions.
• Experience with and/or understanding of NAPS System Integrators.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required; Top Secret clearance preferred.
