This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Lead onboarding sessions for new clients, guiding them through the client’s platform and program framework.
• Facilitate live coaching, group workshops, and Q&A sessions to assist customers in grasping dropshipping basics, product research, marketing tactics, and store enhancement.
• Break down technical and e-commerce concepts into straightforward steps suitable for beginners.
• Monitor customer progress and pinpoint opportunities for intervention or additional assistance.
• Foster robust customer relationships to enhance engagement, retention, and overall success.
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and refine training materials.
• Ensure customers adhere to best practices in store setup, advertising execution, and scaling strategies.
• Promote community engagement and facilitate interactions within coaching groups.
• Demonstrated experience in facilitation, training, coaching, or customer success roles.
• Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience in e-commerce, dropshipping, digital marketing, or SaaS is highly desirable.
• Strong capability to create accountability and motivate action during live sessions.
• High degree of integrity and precision in CRM documentation and process tracking.
• Proficient in navigating and teaching through platforms such as Wix, Base44, TeamDrop, Close, and Calendly.
