This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Oversee a portfolio of clients that encompasses dealerships and automotive groups
• Data intelligence: track and implement preventive measures with success plans to reduce churn
• Upsell: proactively and consultatively recognize and finalize upsell opportunities
• Operational excellence: uphold discipline and contribute to enhancements in our tools and processes
• Prepare comprehensive briefings for the production team based on client requests collected during alignment meetings
• Monitor Alpes solutions and the results obtained to uncover improvement opportunities and ensure the effective functioning of these products/services
• Manage and review internal deliverables to guarantee project completion on schedule and in line with expected outcomes
• Generate monthly reports analyzing metrics and data available in the Alpes platform for client reporting
• Conduct daily calls and meetings (both internal and external) to discuss market best practices, identify client improvement areas, and propose new solutions
• Analyze and quantify lead data
• Analyze and handle integration data
• Evaluate website quality
• Configure and modify integration rules in the internal system (leads, emails, CRMs, etc.)
• Keep the team and senior management updated on activities, particularly concerning more complex or significant decision-making
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, connecting their needs with solutions offered by the internal team
• Identify client needs for products and services that could enhance their results, informing both the clients and the company's upsell/commercial team
• Perform additional duties related to the role as requested by immediate leadership
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Success, Sales, and Account Management
• Communicative, proactive, and consultative profile
• Strong negotiation abilities
• Results-driven
• Capability to transition between discussions and technical execution in marketing, website, and systems development
• Excellent writing, reading, and text interpretation skills
• Intermediate understanding of Digital Marketing
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
• Intermediate proficiency in Google Drive
• Technical English proficiency
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools that enhance daily productivity
• Analytical mindset for Google Ads and social media to facilitate constructive, consultative discussions with clients
• Experience with the Movidesk task management system
