This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Engage effectively with current and prospective clients to ensure an exceptional customer experience;

• Provide initial support; investigate and resolve client inquiries;

• Facilitate communication between clients and the technical support teams;

• Maintain ongoing client relationships: offer assistance and advisory services;

• Assess outcomes and establish best practices for successful mobile messaging campaigns;

• Generate regular activity and progress reports;
