This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
β’ Develop robust customer relationships through proactive outreach and engagement, ensuring alignment between product capabilities and customer goals.
β’ Create and implement advanced onboarding and adoption strategies to enhance customer value and optimize product usage.
β’ Identify and connect with at-risk accounts by utilizing strong discovery and consultative skills to mitigate risk and guide them back to success.
β’ Collaborate across departments with Sales, Channel Partners, Support, and Services to achieve customer milestones.
β’ Provide a high-quality experience that enhances customer satisfaction and fosters loyalty.
β’ Identify and capitalize on opportunities to broaden customer relationships through value discovery and strategic dialogues.
β’ 4β7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing position.
β’ Demonstrated ability to work independently while generating measurable results.
β’ Experience in navigating complex, cross-functional collaborations with both internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Proficient in Salesforce or comparable CRM systems.
β’ Knowledge of SaaS, cloud-based software, or subscription business models.
β’ Familiarity with Autodesk customer sectors (AEC, MFG, M&E).
