
Customer Success Account Manager – EHR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Overseeing all facets of the technology relationship with clients
• Building, nurturing, and sustaining relationships within the territory
• Facilitating coordination and collaboration among various business units
• Offering daily support, which includes assistance after go-live, training, and workflow optimization
• Helping clients achieve prompt resolution of issues
• A minimum of 7 years of pertinent experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the implementation, installation, and troubleshooting of electronic systems
• At least 4 years of specialized experience with iKnowMed
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with EHR applications, ideally with iKnowMed G2
• Understanding and experience in healthcare operations, clinical, and/or financial systems (such as Practice Management Systems, EHR, and Pharmacy Management Systems)
• Strong leadership skills with the capability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Familiarity with the daily operations of oncology practices
