This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of the product solution and guide customer discussions by focusing on their primary challenges, presenting the solution in a manner that directly addresses their unique business issues.
• Promote Up-sell & Cross-sell initiatives by identifying accounts with the greatest likelihood to purchase, clearly defining the ideal customer profile, and reaching out via phone, email, and video meetings.
• Seek out and onboard new users and business professionals who are not currently utilizing Adobe products.
• Achieve the quarterly targets set by the business.
• Investigate clients within Adobe's various customer management systems and external platforms like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc., to uncover growth opportunities within an account.
• Implement Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and other calls to action based on growth indicators with a defined service level agreement (SLA) to maximize revenue.
• Oversee the lead and opportunity pipeline weekly, providing accurate and timely updates to management regarding progress and forecasts.
• A degree and completion of Higher Secondary School are mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT or software sales; experience in Inside Sales is an advantage.
• Preference for candidates with experience in selling SaaS solutions, particularly with exposure to the SMB segment and a proven track record of acquiring new customers.
• Strong understanding of the sales cycle, inside sales model, and consultative selling techniques is essential.
• A foundational knowledge of sales methodologies such as BANT, objection handling, sales funnel, and pipeline management is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is required.
