This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Managing a portfolio of accounts and renewals within a designated territory
• Promoting customer engagement and facilitating further digital transformation
• Crafting and implementing effective strategies for customer success and value
• Negotiating advantageous renewal agreements
• Providing valuable insights to enhance future results
• Conducting regular business evaluations with clients
• Working collaboratively with internal teams to formulate growth and risk mitigation plans
• Prioritizing efforts to achieve favorable outcomes for both the customer and DocuSign
• Over 5 years of experience in Sales, Renewal Management, Account Management, and/or Customer Success, preferably within SaaS environments
• Proven ability to drive contracts to completion in a timely manner, with strong negotiation skills
• Experience in quota-carrying positions with a demonstrated history of achieving key performance metrics
• Familiarity with deal negotiation processes and a successful track record of navigating both internally and with clients in a trusted advisor role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
