This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Develop a thorough understanding of Adobe's Creativity & Productivity product offerings and promote discussions aimed at providing value to customers.
• Cultivate value-driven relationships with both new and existing SMB clients in North America.
• Enhance Up-sell & Cross-sell opportunities by pinpointing accounts with the greatest likelihood of purchase and reaching out via phone and email.
• Process Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) adhering to a defined SLA to boost revenue.
• Investigate customer contracts and purchasing histories to uncover potential expansion opportunities.
• Oversee the opportunity pipeline, delivering precise and timely updates to management.
• Collaborate with Solution Specialists to augment the presence of Adobe Solution streams.
• Work with supporting functional teams to address issues related to Creative Cloud Subscriptions.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable role, with a preference for those with experience in selling SAAS solutions.
• Outstanding communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• A strong affinity for technology and the capability to lead value-driven customer discussions.
• Proven ability to learn quickly and a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, follow-through, and documentation skills.
