This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide outstanding customer experiences by engaging in a natural conversational manner
• Inform customers about all IGS products and services, leading to increased sales and customer retention
• Utilize systems, procedures, and other resources to deliver accurate and prompt resolutions to customer questions
• Achieve and surpass performance metrics, customer satisfaction levels, sales targets, and service level objectives
• Follow up as necessary on customer inquiries to ensure resolutions meet both customer satisfaction and internal expectations
• Conduct proactive consultative analyses to identify and seize opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling
• Exhibit a thorough understanding of existing marketing programs and offerings; communicate effectively to aid customers in making informed decisions
• Meet all customer experience and sales standards established for the department by adhering to departmental goals, policies, and procedures
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required
• Preferred 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a results-driven mindset
• Exceptional customer service and conversational abilities
• Capability to identify and address customer objections effectively
• Ability to multitask efficiently and adhere to a predetermined weekly schedule
• Genuine enthusiasm for personal growth and learning, openness to feedback, and a positive contribution to a collaborative team environment
• Basic familiarity with Windows, MS Office Suite, and Internet Explorer
