Customer Solutions Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Lead client interactions and customize reactor component upgrade solutions to meet customer requirements.

• Engage with operating plant clients to gain insight into their specific needs.

• Direct teams in crafting distinctive offerings and proposals.

• Supervise the technical aspects, costing, pricing, responsiveness, and quality of bids.

• Cultivate customer relationships and formulate value propositions to secure Orders Entered (OE).

• Propel OE and opportunity pipeline growth across product and technology sectors.

• Evaluate market trends, customer purchasing behaviors, and competitor actions to refine product positioning.

• Create product promotion presentations and establish compelling value propositions.

• Suggest pricing strategies to optimize market value while adhering to margin and business plan expectations.

• Collaborate with sales teams on capture planning and final order negotiations.

• Develop and execute business cases aimed at increasing market share.

• Work alongside project teams to tackle execution challenges.

• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering resource managers, Sales, Supply Chain, Project Management, and Global Markets.

• Ensure the necessary resources, processes, and technology are in place to fulfill offer commitments.

• Generate high-quality proposals.

• Manage discussions around Intellectual Property and jointly approve IP releases with Engineering.

• Collaborate with AOMS and fellow Product Segment leaders on unified market strategies, joint proposals, and customer support.

• Work with Global Product Management on product strategy, product roadmaps, technology roadmaps, and innovative concepts.

• Report to the ELA Reactor Component Upgrades Manager.

• Oversee business financial objectives, including orders entered, opportunity pipeline growth, and margin performance.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

• Over 10 years of relevant experience in product management, product engineering, product resource management, business, or operations.

• Proven track record of advancing through increasing levels of responsibility and complexity.

• An MBA is considered an asset.

• Demonstrated successful project management history.

• Proven leadership accomplishments.

• Familiarity with nuclear and energy sectors.

• Experience in utilizing customer feedback, commercial limitations, and business unit insights to address challenges and create value based on return on investment.

• Candidates seeking employment in other countries must comply with that country’s export control requirements as well as those of the United States.
