Customer Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Lead consultative discussions with high-touch enterprise clients, which include pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and external consultancies.

• Conduct platform demonstrations customized to each customer's oncology workflows and competitive inquiries.

• Assist customers in recognizing use cases they may not yet be able to articulate.

• Convert customer requirements and feedback into actionable insights for the AI, product, and engineering teams.

• Collaborate with the Director of AI and Data Science to ensure that customer-driven priorities influence product development.

• Aid in the growth and expansion of enterprise accounts across our product portfolio, including contributing to advanced deal discussions and solution design.

• Work alongside commercial teams during pre-sales and solution development, helping to shape proposals, navigate stakeholder dynamics, and facilitate deal closures.

• Keep abreast of the oncology landscape, including clinical trial activities, regulatory changes, competitive dynamics, and emerging scientific advancements.


⛳️ Requirements

• A hands-on background in oncology, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences is essential.

• Previous experience in pharmaceutical competitive intelligence, medical science liaison roles, scientific consulting, or oncology-focused SaaS is preferred.

• Excellent consultative communication skills, with the capability to engage effectively with PhD-level scientists, clinical research teams, and medical affairs professionals.

• Proficiency in US-level English, both written and spoken.

• Ability to learn and demonstrate SaaS platforms comfortably.

• Self-motivated, capable of functioning as an independent contractor in a fully remote and globally distributed team.

• Experience in supporting enterprise account growth and commercial expansion in a complex B2B setting.

• Availability during US business hours.
