
Customer Service Specialist – Transfer Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.
• Swiftly and efficiently address client concerns: Handling and processing partner requests for online transfer bookings (modifications, booking additional services, resolving issues) through our CRM platform;
• Guide clients: Assisting partners at every stage of their interaction with the online product (searching, booking, and modifying existing reservations);
• Engage in communication: Collaborating with suppliers regarding bookings via email and telephone;
• Utilize systems: Effectively using CRM systems and our internal databases.
• Proficiency in English: Upper Intermediate level (both oral and written).
• Interpersonal Skills: Kindness, empathy, stress resilience, politeness, and accountability.
• Quick Learning Ability: Capable of grasping new information swiftly and maintaining a focus on results.
• Technical Requirements: A functional computer and microphone.
• Travel Knowledge: Familiarity with the travel industry and booking systems is a plus!
