Customer Service Specialist – Portuguese Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Manage inbound and outbound customer service calls while overseeing related cases.

• Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners utilizing a booking platform.

• Deliver prompt, high-quality support to customers, particularly during escalations.

• Document, categorize, and follow up on all customer interactions.

• Keep precise records of call histories and resolutions.

• Evaluate call data and compile customer feedback reports.

• Remain informed about process and platform updates.

• Work collaboratively with internal and external teams through clear, well-documented communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional-level proficiency in Portuguese (C2) and fluent in English.

• Demonstrated experience in customer service.

• Capability to multitask between live calls and case management effectively.

• Strong computer skills and experience in online work environments.

• Experience in managing both inbound and outbound customer interactions.

• Ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and professionally under pressure.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.

• Knowledge of Slack or other online team collaboration platforms.

• Experience in the online travel sector.

• Background in technical support (electronics, machinery, or industrial sectors).

• Proficient in Salesforce and standard office software.
