• Experience in managing both inbound and outbound customer interactions.
• Ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and professionally under pressure.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of Slack or other online team collaboration platforms.
• Experience in the online travel sector.
• Background in technical support (electronics, machinery, or industrial sectors).
• Proficient in Salesforce and standard office software.
