Customer Service Specialist – Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Independently manage both national and international customer and service orders, ensuring prompt processing.

• Oversee returns, repairs, product exchanges, and the issuance of credit notes.

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.

• Collaborate closely with the Service, Logistics, and other departments to facilitate seamless operations.

• Handle and process orders within the ERP system (IFS) to ensure effective order management.

• Develop work instructions and assist in the ongoing enhancement of service processes.

• Analyze KPIs and reports, working with management to identify and implement optimization strategies.

• A completed commercial training program or a degree in business administration.

• Relevant professional experience in Customer Service, Aftersales, Order Management, or internal sales.

• A structured, independent, and solution-focused approach to work.

• Strong service orientation and commitment to customer satisfaction.

• An eagerness to challenge existing processes and pursue continuous improvement.

• Proficient in German and possess good command of English.

• Confident in using MS Office, particularly Excel.

• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably IFS.
