This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
β’ Manage both inbound and outbound customer service communications along with case management.
β’ Act as the initial point of contact for homeowners utilizing a booking platform.
β’ Deliver prompt, high-quality support to customers, particularly during escalated situations.
β’ Record, categorize, and follow up on all customer engagements.
β’ Keep precise records of call histories and their resolutions.
β’ Evaluate call data and relay customer feedback.
β’ Stay informed about updates to processes and platform modifications.
β’ Work collaboratively with internal and external teams through effective, documented communication.
β’ Proficient in Greek (C2 level) and fluent in English.
β’ Demonstrated experience in customer service.
β’ Ability to juggle live calls and case management efficiently.
β’ Strong computer skills and experience in online environments.
β’ Experience with both inbound and outbound customer interactions.
β’ Capable of clear, empathetic, and professional communication, even under pressure.
β’ Nice to Have: Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
β’ Nice to Have: Familiarity with Slack or other online team collaboration tools.
β’ Nice to Have: Background in the online travel sector.
β’ Nice to Have: Technical support experience in electronics, machinery, or industrial fields.
