• Manage both inbound and outbound customer service calls along with case management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners utilizing a booking platform.
• Deliver prompt and high-quality support to customers, particularly during escalations.
• Document, categorize, and follow up on all customer interactions.
• Keep precise records of call histories and resolutions.
• Evaluate call data and relay customer feedback.
• Remain informed about updates in processes and platform changes.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external teams through clear and documented communication.
• Proficient in Dutch (C2 level) and fluent in English.
• Demonstrated experience in customer service.
• Capacity to juggle live calls and case management simultaneously.
• Strong computer skills and experience working in an online environment.
• Experience in managing both inbound and outbound customer interactions.
• Ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and professionally under pressure.
• Nice to Have: Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
• Nice to Have: Familiarity with Slack or other online team collaboration tools.
• Nice to Have: Background in the online travel sector.
• Nice to Have: Experience in technical support within electronics, machinery, or industrial fields.
