• Engage with clients via chat and assist them in resolving any technical issues related to our service in English;
• Provide guidance to clients regarding subscription differences and refund queries;
• Manage up to three client chats simultaneously;
• Follow all necessary instructions to deliver high-quality services.
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) at a B1 level or higher;
• Basic computer skills and an understanding of modern systems and services at a user level;
• Quick adaptability to changes and multitasking abilities;
• Ability to organize time effectively for remote work;
• Experience in customer support or billing support teams;
• Familiarity with Zendesk and Zendesk Chat. Knowledge of this software will greatly ease your onboarding process.
