This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
β’ Engage with clients via chat and assist them in resolving any technical issues related to our service in English;
β’ Provide guidance to clients regarding subscription differences and refund queries;
β’ Manage up to three client chats simultaneously;
β’ Follow all necessary instructions to deliver high-quality services.
β’ Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) at a B1 level or higher;
β’ Basic computer skills and an understanding of modern systems and services at a user level;
β’ Quick adaptability to changes and multitasking abilities;
β’ Ability to organize time effectively for remote work;
β’ Experience in customer support or billing support teams;
β’ Familiarity with Zendesk and Zendesk Chat. Knowledge of this software will greatly ease your onboarding process.
