This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Provide support to QVC by handling inbound customer calls.
• Assist customers by resolving issues and de-escalating complex situations.
• Promote products and enhance sales while managing a high volume of calls.
• Manage a significant number of inbound customer inquiries.
• Offer additional products during each customer interaction.
• Personalize the customer experience by addressing questions and concerns.
• Confirm refunds, process payments, place orders, and analyze account information.
• Report to a designated Customer Service Supervisor.
• At least 12 months of experience in customer service.
• Maintain a distraction-free workspace while working from home.
• Adapt to learning and functioning within a virtual environment.
• Communicate effectively using various styles.
• Navigate through multiple systems and screens proficiently.
• Adhere to QVC's computer system requirements.
• Troubleshoot personal technical issues, collaborating with IT as necessary.
• Availability to work on weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed.
