Bilingual Spanish Inbound Customer Service Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Address escalated customer service issues in both English and Spanish.

• Deliver an exceptional quality service experience for GE Appliance consumers.

• Act as an advocate with various internal departments to ensure reasonable and satisfactory resolutions.

• Take responsibility for resolving escalated customer concerns.

• Follow up with customers through phone, email, or text to address appliance-related issues.

• Develop innovative solutions that prioritize the interests of both the customers and GE Appliances.

• Collaborate with all necessary stakeholders to effectively resolve consumer issues.

• Collect information from various sources and present concerns along with suggested solutions to the Team Leader or Team Manager.

• Conduct consumer satisfaction reviews prior to case closure.

• Adhere to work schedule demands and responsibilities with compliance, integrity, and in alignment with values, processes, and policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• At least 1 year of experience in a Call Center environment.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Escalated Customer Service.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Moderate to advanced computer proficiency; ability to navigate various online applications.

• Outstanding organizational abilities; capable of effective multi-tasking.

• Capacity to manage high-volume calls while simultaneously utilizing multiple online applications.

• Previous experience working remotely is preferred.
